Are you a dynamic and driven Sales Development Executive with a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales? Do you have experience or an interest in the construction, civil engineering, or engineering sectors? As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients. The position will also be responsible for executing and managing the acquisition of new business.

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to join a growing team. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through effective B2B sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, generating new business opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, or engineering industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, civil engineering, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving growth.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Based In Kidderminster.

£25k - £40k OTE.

Full time, office based, Monday to Friday.
