This Role:
As a Trainee Toolroom Machinist, you won't just be working-you'll be building a career. What You'll Do:
- Operate state-of-the-art CNC machines and tackle hands-on tasks every day.
- Assemble and pack finished products that meet the highest industry standards.
- Work with detailed engineering drawings to ensure precision.
- Be part of the action, contributing to general factory tasks and keeping things running smoothly.
- Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety, ensuring a safe workplace for everyone.
We're looking for someone who's:
- Ready to dive into CNC machine programming (experience preferred, but not essential-we'll train you!).
- Comfortable reading and working from engineering drawings.
- Driven by a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- A problem solver who's always up for a challenge.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Strong in math and English (minimum Grade C/4).
- Eager to develop new skills and push themselves to succeed.
